Howard County Ballet in Ellicott City MD "The Nutcracker" 2012
I am a local Maryland dance teacher who had the pleasure of taking my family to see The Howard County Ballet, perform Artistic Director, Kathi Ferguson’s timeless holiday classic, “The Nutcracker” this past Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 3pm. The majority of the dancing was performed proficiently by HCB students. The students were clearly given challenging roles and performed them with passion and enthusiasm. I saw the ballet last year and was amazed with the student dancers overall improvements: technique and organization of patterns.
